Little Music is The Toronto Suzuki School’s joyful weekly music program for babies and toddlers (ages 0–3), and their grown-ups. Since 2015, our small, calm classes have introduced Toronto children to the foundations of Suzuki Method music learning through singing, movement, rhythm activities, and hands-on exploration of real Orff instruments. Most of our Toronto Suzuki School piano students began their musical journey in Little Music, and countless other Little Music grads have gone on to study Suzuki strings.
Led by qualified and supportive Suzuki educators and professional musicians with expertise in early childhood and pedagogy, our warm and inclusive Suzuki ECE classes support listening, learning ability, confidence, memory, and early musical development through shared parent-child participation. Little Music is the best beginning for a sweet, focused and encouraging music education with longevity, building talent from the ground up with our tiniest learners.

Our seasonal newsletter is short and sweet, and announces advance registration for our small classes in Toronto's west-end. It's the best way to stay in the loop, and get your spot in our beloved Suzuki ECE program.

In our small, calm classes (maximum 8 families), children sing, move, dance, and explore rhythm and melody through weekly Suzuki repertoire and hands-on play with real Orff instruments and organic, natural wooden rhythm instruments.
Through gentle repetition and shared participation, children gradually develop listening skills, pitch awareness, coordination, memory, confidence, and early musical understanding — all within a warm and connected environment for both children and grown-ups.
Many Little Music families form lasting friendships through our joyful weekly classes, and go on to study piano, violin, cello, bass, voice, and harp.

Little Music programs begin at $250 per 10-week term and include all class materials, recordings of our songs, and a keepsake memento book to treasure at home. Depending on the season, Little Music students and their families will be invited to participate in Toronto Suzuki School's Winter and Spring recitals!
Classes are approximately 50 minutes in length and begin and end quietly, supporting a calm and welcoming experience for children and grown-ups alike.
Fall 2026 classes will take place on Friday and Saturday mornings in Toronto’s west end. Most locations are accessible, and classes can be thoughtfully adapted for varying levels of mobility and participation.
Little Music classes prioritize inclusion, connection, and mindful, peaceful interaction for every family.
